Privacy Rights
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Short version: we don't. The longer version below covers what that means under the CCPA/CPRA and how to exercise your rights.
We do not sell or share your personal information
SpendFriend does not sell personal information for money, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA. We have no advertising business and no ad trackers on this site.
For customers of the platform: metering data — token counts, cost, model, and timing — is used solely to provide the service to your organization. Prompt and response bodies are only stored when your organization explicitly opts in. We never train models on customer data.
